Once we had finished our snack the refections were back. The waters of Crummock Lake are very clear. The highpoint in the mountains behind the lake is called Mellbreak and there are walking tracks up to it. There are so many tracks you would need to know what you are doing. We are happy to stay on the shorter defined paths.
